Much of the most recent research shows us that women still face multiple, sometimes invisible, challenges.
We are also inundated with data that tells us women who build strong female networks and support systems thrive, earn more, and adapt faster to change.
So in order to prevent many women leaving organisations through burn-out and frustration, and taking a huge range of skills, talent and experience with them, many organisations are creating women in leadership development opportunities.
