The purpose of this interactive and practical workshop is to encourage a feedback-friendly culture and give the practical tools to manage a range of potentially challenging conversations.

All too often managers shy away from speaking openly and honestly with their teams, peers and senior stakeholders. Failing to express ‘even better if’ feedback can erode trust and accountability, damaging happiness and productivity.

This workshop utilises role-play actors to empower delegates to feel comfortable and confident about having all kinds of conversations, leading to a much-improved team culture, and great business results.
