Women on a Mission

A Women’s Leadership Programme

For women who want to lead with passion and impact

For organisations committed to developing female talent

Women on a Mission is a leadership programme with a difference. It is a journey of self-discovery. It helps each woman feel empowered, enlightened and energised. To know herself and her passions. To find her purpose. To be able to express herself with confidence and influence powerfully. To define her own leadership vision and create the toolbox of skills to bring it to life.

The best leaders are those who live balanced fulfilled lives and lead according to their values. They create vibrant high-performing teams and fulfil their potential, creating business success.

‘I would describe Women on a Mission as empowering. It provides you with assignments and tools to define your strengths and yourself. I have already recommended the programme to a friend who is having a lot of issues in a similar working environment to me, in a very male-dominated organisation. I would actually recommend it to every woman looking for career progression.’

For women who want to lead with passion and impact

Could Women on a Mission help you reach your full potential as a leader?

To fulfil your full potential as a leader, it is vital to know yourself. To feel you are making clear conscious choices that help you lead the best version of your life. This journey is about identifying what you want from your career and having the tools, confidence and courage to make it happen. We will work in small coaching groups, cheering every woman on towards her leadership success.

‘Going through the programme has been like peeling back the layers of an onion – each session goes a little deeper and is a little more thought provoking with a structure provided by Sarah and supported by the other women on the programme.’

On this programme you will:

  • Build your unique personal brand
  • See clearly what you stand for, and what you want from your career
  • Feel confident and clear about articulating your vision to stakeholders
  • Increase your impact and influence – take your career to the next level
  • Understand your values and passions, create the life you want for yourself
  • Feel happier, calmer and more balanced at home and work
  • Develop yourself as a next generation leader

Morgan Stanley finds: “More gender diversity, particularly in corporate settings, can translate to increased productivity, greater innovation, better products, better decision-making, and higher employee retention and satisfaction.”

Could Women on a Mission help your organisation develop your talented female leaders?

Women on a Mission uses my many years of experience working with organisations, helping them develop and retain high-potential female talent. I can help you build your talent pipeline and create more inclusive, gender-equal senior teams.

Evidence shows that all-women talent development is a hugely effective part of building a more inclusive culture where everyone thrives.

I have coached hundreds of women both individually and in groups, and this programme pulls together the tools I know will create true transformation. My work helps women leaders build personal power and confidence, influence stakeholders skilfully and step up to the next level of their careers. This, in turn, positively impacts team and organisational culture.

‘I see the group coming out of this course so much stronger, more focused and more courageous.’

  • Know exactly how you will develop your high-potential women
  • Build a strong female talent pipeline for your senior teams
  • Design a bespoke in-house programme to fulfil your commitment to gender equality
  • Create a strong support-network for high-potential women in your organisation
  • Make sure every talented woman has a clear career roadmap, and the confidence to articulate it to all stakeholders
  • Give every woman the tools she needs to positively impact your organisational culture
  • Make the most of the business advantage true inclusion brings

Bespoke Programme

Every programme I deliver is bespoke. I will design it based on the needs of each cohort of women, and your organisation’s goals and needs.

Here are some of the elements we usually include in that final powerful programme:

  • Contracting Kick-off Calls – with sponsor, delegate and coach to set expectations and goals
  • Group Coaching Workshops – providing multiple opportunities for intense learning and development throughout the programme
  • 1-2-1 Leadership Coaching Calls – to provide individualised support and feedback
  • Powerful Personal Coaching Exercises – to be completed before and after each group coaching workshop
  • A Final Showcase Event – to celebrate this talented cohort and give visibility within the organisation
  • A private Social Media Support Group – to share ideas, stay inspired and celebrate success

I would love to understand your challenges, and see how I might help and support you. Get in touch to find out what a bespoke in-house Women on a Mission Leadership Programme could look like for you.
